-Scheduling the aircraft for more than three (3) hours will not be permitted online. Please call AC1 for approval for rental exceeding three (3) hours.
-Scheduling the Current Day is Prohibited. Please call AC1 at 502-451-6451 to schedule all day of flights.
-Sightseeing and Discovery Flights should be made by calling AC1 at 502-451-6451
-It is your responsibility if cancelling a flight to cancel it within 24 hours. Charges will apply for late cancellations and no call/no shows.
Inclement weather does not always mean a cancellation as ground instruction or simulator may be utilized.
Operating Hours are from 9am-7pm. Prior approval must be made with instructors for times outside of these hours.
