When reserving the airplane, please give fuel requests in the notes section (ie: fill tank) and any other information the line guys may need to prepare the airplane for your flight.
Do not put a reservation on the schedule unless you actually plan to use the aircraft (ie: no “just in case” or “I might use it” scheduling).
All cancelations should be made at least 24hrs prior to the flight, with the exception of weather cancellations.
If you need to reserve the airplane for a 24hr period or more, you must get preapproval. The persons name and date of preapproval must be included in the note section of the reservation, failure to do this, will result in your reservation being cancelled.
Please notify flight office if you post your reservation less than 2hrs prior to your flight time.
